YGZP Silicone Rubber Insulated Shielded High-Temperature Cable
The YGZP Silicone Rubber Insulated Shielded High-Temperature Cable builds upon the YGZ series with an added tinned copper wire braided shield, specifically designed for high-temperature industrial environments subject to strong electromagnetic interference (EMI). With a shield coverage of 85% or higher, it effectively suppresses external electromagnetic disturbances, ensuring signal stability and data integrity while preventing the cable from emitting its own electromagnetic radiation.
Featuring silicone rubber insulation with an operating temperature range of -60°C to +200°C, the cable uses tinned or silver-plated copper conductors for heat resistance and anti-oxidation. When combined with a ground wire, the shield safely diverts interference currents to earth. It is widely used in variable frequency drives, servo systems, precision instruments, medical equipment, and military-aerospace applications where signal quality is critical.
